AN ACT

To amend chapter 168, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to salaries for certain school personnel.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 168, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 168.197, to read as follows:

            168.197. In any given year in which salary increases are granted by a local board of education, central office administration shall receive an increase in salary that is no more than the average dollar amount raise given to the certified staff in that school district.
