AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to designation of a state entity.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.335, to read as follows:

            227.335. The portion of U.S. highway 65 located within this state from the Missouri-Iowa border south to the Missouri-Arkansas border, except where otherwise designated, shall be designated the "American Legion Memorial Highway".
