REP. SCOTT LIPKE

92nd General Assembly

 

Rep. Scott Lipke, a Republican, represents part of Cape Girardeau and Perry counties (District 157) in the Missouri House of Representatives.  He was elected to the House in November 2002.

 

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Lipke is an attorney.  He has served as assistant prosecuting attorney and legal counsel for Cape Girardeau County for five years and has also been in private practice.

 

Rep. Lipke attends St. Paul Lutheran Church and has served on the board of directors, Safehouse for Women and the board of trustees, Riverside Regional Library.  He is also a member of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce; Missouri Farm Bureau; Southeast Missouri Pachyderm Club; Jackson Jaycees and Ducks Unlimited.

 

A 1987 graduate of Jackson High School, Rep. Lipke received a bachelor of science in political science from Murray State University in 1991 and his juris doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995.

 

Born March 28, 1969, Rep. Lipke lives in Jackson with his wife, Ashley.  They have one child: Parker.
