HB 6 -- Taxation of Campaign Contributions

This bill imposes a state tax equal to 10% of any campaign
contribution made to any candidate or committee subject to the
provisions of Chapter 130, RSMo.  The tax will be remitted to the
Department of Revenue at the same time as the filing of
disclosure reports as required by law.

All proceeds from the tax will be deposited in the State Public
School Fund.
