HB 1027 -- Health Benefit Plans

Sponsor:  Luetkemeyer

This bill allows health insurers to offer one or more health
benefit plans which contain deductibles, coinsurance, or varying
copayments.  In addition, health insurers are not precluded from
covering any mandated health benefit required by state or federal
law.
