HB 1030 -- Injured Railroad Employees Sponsor: Zweifel This bill makes it unlawful for railroad corporations or their employees to deny, delay, or interfere with medical or first-aid treatment to railroad employees injured on the job or to discipline or threaten discipline to injured employees who seek medical or first-aid treatment for their injuries. Violations will be punished by up to two years' imprisonment and up to a $10,000 fine. The bill has a penalty provision.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
