HB 1071 -- Conveyance in Lawrence County

Sponsor:  Goodman

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey certain state
property located in Lawrence County known as the National Guard
Armory Building to the City of Pierce City.  Upon conveyance, the
building will be known as the Ray A. Carver Building.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
