Summary of the Introduced Bill

HB 1077 -- Repeal of Expired Statutes

Sponsor:  Stevenson

This bill repeals certain sections of statute that are expired,
terminated, or no longer effective.  In its main provisions, the
bill covers the following topics:

(1)  Congressional redistricting after the 1990 Census (Sections
128.350 - 128.366, RSMo);

(2)  Refund donations to U. S. Olympic Festival Trust Fund
(Sections 143.1010 - 143.1012);

(3)  Energy Set-aside Program (Sections 160.300 - 160.328);

(4)  Incentive payments to reduce student-teacher ratios (Section
160.550);

(5)  Midwestern Higher Education Compact (Sections 173.700 -
173.710);

(6)  Regional Educational Compact (Sections 173.715 - 173.721);

(7)  Automated External Defibrillator Advisory Committee (Section
191.938);

(8)  County tuberculosis hospitals (Sections 205.380 - 205.450);

(9)  Livestock packers (Sections 277.200 - 277.215);

(10)  Health and safety of foundry employees (Sections 292.260 -
292.290); and

(11)  Street railroads (Sections 391.010 - 391.260).
