HB 1128 -- Equalization of County Salaries

This bill allows the salary commission in Cape Girardeau County
at any meeting held in 2004 to equalize the base salary of the
county treasurer to an amount less than the current maximum
statutory salary for treasurers in counties of the first
classification.
