HB 1134 -- Prevailing Wages on Public Works

Currently, persons employed on public works projects may not be
assessed any portion of their wages except to a duly constituted
labor organization.  This bill prohibits permitted assessments
from a workman's wages for the purpose of funding union job
targeting programs, market recovery programs, or any other form
of deduction which revert back to the benefit of the employer.
