HB 1205 -- Repeal of Obsolete Statutes

This bill repeals 16 sections of statute that are outdated or
expired.  The sections include:

(1)  Arrangements for owners of a parcel of land to choose to
join one municipality or another (Section 72.424, RSMo);

(2)  State employee eligibility for leave to participate in
tutoring programs in St. Louis and Kansas City district schools
(Section 105.268);

(3)  Livestock packers (Sections 277.200 - 277.215);

(4)  Recording the location of certain underground facilities
(Section 319.023);

(5)  Disposition for noncompliance of secured party in default
actions on secured transactions (Section 400.9-629);

(6)  Task force on trade and investment (Section 620.1310); and

(7)  Tax exemptions for electrical and gas energy used in
steelmaking (Section 144.036).
