HB 1261 -- Sunday Liquor Sales

This bill allows restaurants and other similar establishments
that derive 30% of their gross income from prepared food sales to
sell intoxicating liquor by the drink on Sundays at retail for
consumption on the premise.  Under current law, these
establishments must derive 50% of their income from prepared food
sales.
