HB 1297 -- Motor Fuel Taxes

This bill increases, upon voter approval, the tax imposed on
motor fuel by one-half of one cent per gallon for a period of six
years.  The revenue derived from the increase is to be placed in
the Renewable Fuel Fund created by the bill and used solely for
funding renewable fuel incentives.
