HB 1311 -- Juvenile Sex Offenders

Under current law, a juvenile who has been adjudicated as having
committed a sex crime must register with the county juvenile
office as a juvenile sex offender.  This bill requires juvenile
sex offenders to provide a copy of their registration to the
superintendent of the school district in which they are enrolled
within 10 days of registering as a juvenile sex offender.
