HB 1343 -- Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement

This bill modifies the release of certain funds placed in escrow
by tobacco product manufacturers in compliance with the Master
Settlement Agreement.  The bill allows for the number of units
sold in Missouri to be taken into consideration for the release
of the funds.
