HB 1390 -- Per Diem Payments for Incarceration in County Jails

Sponsor:  Dixon

This bill requires persons committed to county jails to pay the
daily costs incurred due to their incarceration.  Prior to
release, the county sheriff will certify the number of days
served by an inmate to the circuit clerk of the county.
