HB 1515 -- Sexual Offenses

This bill increases the minimum sentence for the crimes of rape
and sodomy from five to 10 years imprisonment.  The bill also
increases the minimum sentence in rape and sodomy cases from 10
to 15 years imprisonment when the offender uses a deadly weapon
or subjects the victim to sexual assaults by more than one
person.
