HB 1541 -- Minors

Sponsor:  Dixon

This bill creates a civil cause of action for persons licensed to
sell liquor to sue minors who misrepresent their age in order to
obtain liquor from that person.  The prevailing licensee will be
awarded $1,000 and reasonable costs and attorney fees.

The bill contains a penalty provision.
