HB 1554 -- Lifetime Home Fund

This bill creates the Lifetime Home Fund to be used by the
Missouri Housing Development Commission for lifetime home
programs.  Administrative costs of the program must be paid from
the fund and may not exceed 2% of the net annual revenues
received.
