HB 1588 -- Real Estate Licensees

This bill provides immunity for real estate licensees in regard
to statements made by certain home inspection experts.  Real
estate licensees will not be subject to any action for
information contained in a seller's disclosure unless the
licensee is a signatory to false statements, knew prior to
closing that certain statements were false, or was reckless as to
whether the statements were true or false.
