HB 1595 -- Downtown and Rural Development

This bill expands the definition of "municipality" as it relates
to the Missouri Downtown and Rural Economic Stimulus Act
(MODRESA).  In addition to any city, village, incorporated town,
or any county of this state established prior to January 1, 2001,
the bill includes any portion of a county that has been
designated by the county as a development area for the purposes
of MODRESA.
