HB 1648 -- Income Tax:  Military Retirement Benefits

This bill authorizes an individual income tax deduction for any
amount of military retirement benefits received by a taxpayer
that has not already been deducted or excluded.  The bill also
removes the current limited deduction for military retirement
benefits in lieu of the full deduction.
