HB 1649 -- Teacher Certification

This bill permits teachers who have attained certification
through the American Board for Certification of Teacher
Excellence to acquire Missouri certification based on rules of
the State Board of Education.  It also permits the state board to
recognize certification through other teacher certification
organizations at its discretion.
