HB 1663 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows for a special license plate for immediate family
members of any member of the United States military killed in the
line of duty.

To obtain the special plate, individuals must present proof of
eligibility along with a payment of a $15 fee in addition to the
registration fee and any other documents required by law.   No
additional fee will be charged for the personalization of license
plates.

This plate will bear the initials of the person killed in the
line of duty, a gold star in the center of the plate followed by
a three-letter description of the relative's relation to the
veteran, and the words "WE SHALL NOT FORGET" in place of the
words "SHOW-ME STATE."
