HB 1699 -- Korean Conflict Medallion Program

This bill changes the law regarding the eligibility criteria for
the Korean Conflict Medallion Program.

A veteran who is a legal resident of a state adjacent to Missouri
beginning August 28, 2003, or a veteran who was a legal resident
of a state adjacent to Missouri at the time of their death is
eligible to receive a Korean Conflict medallion, medal, and
certificate.
