HB 1710 -- Incorporation of Northwest Missouri State
University into the University of Missouri System

This bill revises references to Northwest Missouri State
University to accomplish its incorporation into the University of
Missouri system, contingent upon an agreement between the board
of regents of Northwest and the board of curators of the
University of Missouri.  The Revisor of Statutes must be notified
by August 28, 2006, for the changes to be become effective.
Technical provisions concerning the transfer of property and
employees and the control of funds are included in the bill.
