HB 1720 -- Aggravated Trespass in a Movie Theater

This bill creates the crime of aggravated trespass in a movie
theater, a class A misdemeanor.  The crime is committed when a
person operates a video camera within a movie theater without the
permission of the theater owner.  A second or subsequent offense
is a class D felony.  The bill exempts the owner of the movie
theater from civil liability for detaining a person suspected of
the offense, as long as the detention is reasonable.
