HB 780 -- Watercraft

This bill repeals the in-lieu watercraft tax imposed on a vessel
documented by the United States Coast Guard or other agency of
the federal government.  The in-lieu watercraft tax is paid in
the place of sales tax by the purchaser of a vessel.
