HB 783 -- School District Wards

This bill requires the St. Louis County Board of Election
Commissioners to create seven wards in any school district that
is within or that adjoins a school district within a street light
maintenance district with less than 6,000 inhabitants.  The bill
provides for drawing boundaries, apportioning the wards,
residence requirements, transition, and filling of vacancies.

The wards are to be established within 60 days after August 28,
2004.
