HB 828 -- Fire Education Fund

This bill requires insurers to charge an additional $1 fee on
every home and auto insurance policy issued in the state after
January 1, 2005.  The money will be collected by the Department
of Insurance and deposited into the Fire Education Fund, which
pays for the training of volunteer firefighters.
