HB 836 -- Commercial Motor Vehicles

This bill requires that passsenger-carrying commercial motor
vehicles and property-carrying commercial motor vehicles
registered at a gross weight in excess of 12,000 pounds be issued
two license plates.  Local transit buses, school buses, trailers,
semitrailers, motorcycles, motortricycles, motorscooters, and
driveaway vehicles will be issued only one license plate.
