HB 872 -- Tax Relief for Veterans

This bill exempts from all state and local taxes veterans retired
from any branch of the armed services of the United States who
are 65 years of age or older.  Any losses incurred by political
subdivisions will be reimbursed through state appropriations.

The provisions of the bill will expire six years from the
effective date.
