HB 909 -- Speed Limit

This bill establishes a speed limit for certain commercial motor
vehicles in excess of 18,000 pounds gross weight at 10 miles per
hour less than the posted maximum speed limit.

The bill also prohibits any driver of a motor vehicle from
driving more than nine consecutive hours within the state.
