HB 913 -- Fourth Class Cities

This bill allows cities of the fourth class with at least 40,000
inhabitants to remove by recall petition any city official for
misconduct in office or failure to perform the duties of the
office.

The bill also allows voters of these cities to adopt an ordinance
by petition.  The bill outlines the limitations and requirements
for petitions to recall or adopt ordinances.
