HB 921 -- Use of Motor Vehicle Headlamps

Sponsor:  Walsh

This bill requires that motor vehicle headlamps be in use at any
time when weather conditions require the use of windshield wipers
or in foggy conditions.

Violation of this provision will be an infraction and subject to
a fine of $10.  Court costs may not be assessed with this fine.
