HB 927 -- Property Tax Relief

This bill limits the increase on the assessment of real property
owned by taxpayers who are 65 years of age or older.

For taxpayers with a household income of less than $50,000, the
increase is limited to the increase in the Consumer Price Index.
For taxpayers with a household income of $50,000 but less than
$100,000, the increase is limited to twice the increase in the
Consumer Price Index.
