HB 947 -- Abatement of Nuisance

Sponsor:  Crawford

This bill adds Cameron and Boonville to the cities which may
order the abatement of weeds or trash when they are allowed to
grow or accumulate more than once during a season or year in
violation of an ordinance.  The cost of removal may be billed on
a special tax bill to be remitted to the collector with other
taxes assessed against the property.
