HB 965 -- Civil Liability

Under current law, land owners along the Katy Trail, Wilson Creek
Battlefield Recreational Trail, and all recreational trails in
Greene and St. Louis counties are granted immunity from liability
for injuries to trespassers.  This bill extends the immunity to
most public trails.
