HB 977 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows a special license plate for members of the
Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society.

To obtain the special plate, individuals must obtain an emblem-
use authorization statement from the association ($25
contribution) and present it to the Department of Revenue along
with a payment of a $15 fee in addition to the registration fee
and any other documents required by law.  Revenue from
contributions will be used solely for the purposes of the
Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society.
No additional fee will be charged for the personalization of
license plates.
