HCS HB 1069 -- ST. LOUIS POLICE RETIREMENT SYSTEM (Bivins) This substitute revises provisions pertaining to the Board of Trustees of the St. Louis Police Retirement System and certain retirement benefits. Six trustees of the board will constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and official actions of the board will require a majority vote of the trustees present. Currently, six votes of the trustees are necessary for official actions. The substitute also specifies that a court of competent jurisdiction cannot divide pension benefits, annuities, or retirement allowances between parties to any action for the dissolution of marriage.
