HB 1149 -- MEMORIAL BRIDGE (May)

This bill names the bridge on Interstate 44 crossing the Little
Piney Creek in Phelps County as the "Trooper Mike L. Newton
Memorial Bridge."

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds on FY 2005, FY 2006, and
FY 2007.
