HCS HB 1215 -- ESCAPE FROM COMMITMENT (Engler)

This substitute makes it a class D felony for a person who has
been civilly committed as a sexual predator to escape from
commitment.

The substitute contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2005, FY 2006, and
FY 2007.
