HB 1494 -- REGIONAL RECREATIONAL DISTRICTS (Ervin)

This bill provides that a regional recreational district board of
directors be elected in Clay County rather than appointed by the
county commission.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2005, FY 2006, and
FY 2007.
