RESOURCES (Dethrow)

This proposed constitutional amendment requires a two-thirds
majority vote on initiative proposals relating to the opportunity
to harvest bird, fish, game, wildlife, or forestry resources.
This will not apply to the amendment or repeal of sales taxes for
conservation purposes pursuant to Section 43(a) of Article IV of
the Missouri Constitution.

FISCAL NOTE:  Estimated Cost on General Revenue Fund of $36,840
in FY 2005, $0 in FY 2006, and $0 in FY 2007.  No impact on Other
State Funds in FY 2005, FY 2006, and FY 2007.
