HB 1114 -- SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES

This bill allows for special license plates designated "TO
PROTECT AND SERVE" and "FIREFIGHTERS MEMORIAL" for any peace
officer or firefighter wounded in the line of duty or survivors
of peace officers or firefighters killed in the line of duty.

To obtain these plates, a person must make application and
furnish proof of eligibility to the Department of Revenue and pay
a $15 fee in addition to the registration fee and any other
documents required by law.  No additional fee will be charged for
the personalization of these plates.
