HCS HB 1171 -- JOINT MUNICIPAL UTILITY PROJECTS

Voters approved a constitutional amendment in 2002 allowing joint
municipal utility commissions to develop utility projects with
municipalities, electric cooperatives, or public utilities
without additional regulation by the Missouri Public Service
Commission.  This bill codifies the Revised Statutes of Missouri
to reflect these changes.
