HB 1398 -- DEPOSITARIES FOR CITY FUNDS

This bill allows the City of Maryville to accept bids from a
banking institution for the city depositary at any regular city
council meeting and provides that the contract term begin on
August 1.  Current law requires the bids to be received in July.
