HCS HB 1529 & 1655 -- TAX INCREMENT FINANCING

This bill allows any district providing emergency services to be
reimbursed from the Special Allocation Fund for at least 50%, but
not more than 100%, of the district's tax increment.  The
provisions of the bill will only apply to tax increment financing
projects approved after August 28, 2004.
