SCS HCS HB 798 -- COURTROOM RENOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY

This bill allows all counties, except those on the nonpartisan
court plan, to use moneys from the law library fund for courtroom
renovation and technology as well as for debt service on bonds
issued by the county for these projects.
