SS HCS HB 998 & 905 -- MOBILE HOME LEASE COMMUNITIES

This bill requires mobile home park landlords to provide notice
to mobile homeowners 120 days or the remaining period on their
lease when that is more than 120 days before demanding that they
vacate the property due to a change in the use of the property.
Landlords are prohibited from raising the rent within 60 days of
providing the notice, except for a rent increase based solely on
an increase in property taxes.
